All artwork is the sole property of Sarah McInroe. The images, artwork, and contents of this website may not be copied, collected, or used for professional gain without the permission of the artist. All images of artwork, sold or otherwise, are retained by Sarah McInroe.

Original Painting Sales

— All sales are final. If there is an issue with your artwork, please feel free to email me and I will do my best to work with you. I want you to be so happy with your purchase!

— If you are interested in a piece and feel unsure, please feel free to contact me at sarahmcinroeart@gmail.com and I will be happy to send you additional pictures or video. All sales are final. In extreme circumstances please email and we will try to work with you. If you are in the East Texas area, I will offer a refund for a painting (shipping fees are non-refundable) within 3 business days but the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and proper packaging. When it arrives undamaged and in the original condition it was sent, a refund will be issued.

*For all international purchases, sales are final.

Print Orders

-All print orders are final, exchanges and refunds may be issued on a case by case basis in the event of an unusual circumstance. If you have any issues, please contact me at sarahmcinroeart@gmail.com

Shipping

— I will do everything I can to ensure it is shipped safely. Please be aware there is a risk in shipping artwork. If it is an oversized or custom painting I will email you and be sure that everything is shipped in the best possible way for you. I am unable to personally handle claims for damaged or lost packages. If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, file a claim with the local office or shipping carrier. While I do everything I can to ensure paintings are shipped safely, Sarah McInroe Art is not responsible for damage to packages or missing packages, this must be addressed by the shipping carrier. I will do everything I can to work with you and the shipping company to find a solution if something like this occurs. Sarah McInroe Art and my packaging company, accept no liability and assume no responsibility if paintings are damaged or lost or stolen. Payment of shipping invoices acknowledges this hold harmless statement.

It is important that someone is available to sign for the package when it arrives. Please make arrangements to be available and track your package closely. I will also be keeping a close eye on your package as well.

International Shipping

-Please contact me for international shipping rates. I’m not always able to ship internationally.

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, brokerage, and other fees for international shipping. I am not responsible for packages that may get delayed in customs or for failure on buyer’s part to pay taxes and duties. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Paintings are shipped with signature required at delivery.
